I misread my arrival date.
Its a Tuesday Morning.
That means Tuesday afternoon can go swimming and suntanning to
break off the jet lag.
And My tenant decided that she wants to help me rent out my flats
to her friends, with her collecting the rental and depositing for
me.
I will move my stuffs to the utility room, create a wall and door
there and be done with it.
Sister was trying to convince me tenant is very shrewd and making
use of this silly stupid landlord.
I am sigh.....yah yah I know....I give too much leeway. But I am
too sianz to fight anymore.
Tenant wants my bedroom instead, once the door is replaced. And her
own room, she wants to rent it out.
I am suggesting removing that DayBed Sofa so the girls can bring in
their individual bean bag to sit and watch tv in the living room
instead. That will free up more space and feels a bit more relax
and comfy. If I move the daybed into my utility room along with the
2 stools. I only need to go back to sleep on it once in a while
when I am in Singapore.
